For more than two decades, I have worked inside complex, global enterprise environments, primarily within the life sciences industry, helping leadership teams turn strategy into structured, executable reality.
I’ve seen firsthand how often strategy is clear at the top, but diffuse at the point of execution.
Priorities compete. Ownership blurs. Leaders are asked to move quickly without shared clarity around what matters most.

Enterprise Scope & Strategic Impact
Within a global finance organization of approximately 2,000 professionals supporting a 60,000-employee enterprise, I led initiatives that required both disciplined structure and thoughtful leadership engagement, including:

These efforts required partnership across executive leadership, regional teams, shared services, IT, HR, and external advisors. My role consistently involved making complexity navigable by clarifying impact, defining boundaries, and helping leaders understand where to focus.
I’ve built governance models, documented processes, integrated systems, and designed development frameworks. But at the center of all of it has been one priority: enabling leaders and teams to execute with clarity rather than reaction.
Leadership Coaching as a Strategic Lever
A defining differentiator in my work is the integration of formal leadership coaching into enterprise advisory.
I am certified in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (ICF-accredited), and I apply coaching not as a standalone service, but as a strategic lever inside complex initiatives.
Execution rarely breaks down because of process alone. It falters when leaders lack shared clarity, decision confidence, or alignment in how work should move forward.
By combining structured advisory with embedded coaching, I help leaders strengthen execution readiness — building discipline, ownership, and thoughtful decision-making into the fabric of how work gets done.
